The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to prosecute the above criminal appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 13.05.2024 made in S.T.C.No.3982 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
