This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 139 days in remitting the deficit court fee of Rs.4,200/-.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 139 days in remitting the deficit court fee is condoned.

3. The Appellants are directed to remit the deficit court fee within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
