ORDER

This petition seeks re-transfer of O.P.No.2479/2014 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, to the file of I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai from which it was withdrawn and transferred as per the orders of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.No.818 of 2015 dated 22.01.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. The order of this Court passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.818 of 2015 dated 22.01.2016, informs the position that the petitioner herein has not been before it despite notice. Informing so, this Court ordered transfer of O.P.No.2479 of 2014 from the file of I https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode.

4. The present petition challenges the order of this Court, interalia informing that the petitioner has not been heard. This Court cannot countenance such submission. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
