O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2016 and to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner on receipt of the balance of sale consideration, based on the allotment Letter dated 17.07.1998 within time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. From the records, it reveals that the said representation submitted by the petitioner seeking execution of sale deed in his favour, even till date, has not been considered. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner may give fresh representation and the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation seeking registration of sale deed in his favour and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to pass orders in light of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.19299, 19301, 19302 and 19303 of 2019 dated 20.08.2019 and final order dated 08.02.2021 in W.P.No.19302 of 2019 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
