This Court, while granting anticipatory bail on 24.07.2024 on the undertaking given by the petitioner, had directed him deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

2. Today, it is reported that the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with.
