This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissing the Criminal Revision Case for non - prosecution and to restore the revision petition in Crl.R.C.No.1545 of 2023 by allowing this restore application.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 16.07.2024 has been passed for non appearance on technical grounds. It is not an order on merits.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent confirms the same.
