ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 3(1), 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act and Section 351(2) of BNS instead of 3(1), 3(2), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act and Section 351(3) of B.N.S. in the order passed in Crl. O.P. No.12474 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order of this Court passed in Crl. Crl. O.P. No.12474 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. In the anticipatory bail petition, the offences were wrongly mentioned as 3(1), 3(2), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act and Section 351(3) of B.N.S. instead of Sections 3(1), 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act and Section 351(2) of BNS and hence prays that the said error may be corrected.

3. There is no serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and to issue a fresh order copy.
