2.Heard Mr.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of R1 & R2 and Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of R3 & R4.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both sides, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
