This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.14599 of 2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. She has also produced a copy of the Report dated 14.08.2024, to that effect. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
