2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.13737 of 2022 is ordered, however, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from today (17.10.2022).
