ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 with the aid of the 2nd respondent to make necessary arrangements to survey, measure and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property situated in Survey No. 160 and 161, Jangamasamuthiram Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Since a survey has been conducted and the boundary stones have also been fixed in the property in question, admitted even by the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4
