2.Mrs.N.Premalatha, legal aid counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent, and she has no objection in allowing the condone delay petition.

3.This condone delay petition stands allowed accordingly. The delay of 106 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 14.10.2024 in S.C.No.1 of 2024, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Special Judge FAC under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989. Puducherry, is hereby condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the above Crl.A.SR.No.25404 of 2025, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter for admission by printing the name of Mrs.N.Premalatha, as the legal aid counsel for the 2nd respondent.
