This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner based on Complaint dated 07.04.2019 of his wife, in C.S.R.No.205 of 2019, on the file of the Respondents.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Family Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
