Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to register the case, against Traffic Ramasamy, S.A.Chandrasekar, Actor Ambika and other technicians and associated with this film, who have been deliberately committed offence against the modesty and integrity of the Hon'ble High Court, Judges, Magistrates, Munsif, Govt. advocates etc and also to take appropriate actions against the Censor Board of India, those who issued certificate for the universal exhibition of the said movie and thereby to take suitable action in this matter and to deal with according to law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case, against Traffic Ramasamy, S.A.Chandrasekar, Actor Ambika and other technicians and associated with this film, who have been deliberately committed offence against the modesty and integrity of the Hon'ble High Court, Judges, Magistrates, Munsif, Govt. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

advocates etc and also to take appropriate actions against the Censor Board of India, those who issued certificate for the universal exhibition of the said movie and thereby to take suitable action in this matter and to deal with according to law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
