O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to he respondents to file Criminal case by preparing final report in Crime No.226 of 2017 dated 22.08.2017 against the offenders those who involved in the crime committed under Sections 109, 120(b), 209, 419, 420, 468 and 506(ii) of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. One Velumurugan committed suicide on 22.08.2017 and on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.226 of 2017 on 22.08.2017 under Section 306 I.P.C against four accused. While so, the petitioner filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the police have not even received the viscera report.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation expeditiously and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
