ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead proposed Respondent No.2 namely Jeevitha as 2nd respondent in the above Crl.RC.No.473 of 2026.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the Office is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Revision Case within a period of one week from today.

3. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No.2 by RPAD. Steps to be taken within a period of one week from today. Private mode of service is also permitted.

4. Accordingly, respondents are granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit and one week thereafter is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a rejoinder to the counter affidavit. 5.Put up this case on 22.09.2026 before the appropriate Bench. 19-06-2026 (1/2) GV To
