Heard.
This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Bank to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks.
At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank had submitted that the educational loan sought by the petitioner had already been sanctioned.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had also stated that the educational loan had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sanctioned, in his favour. Hence, the learned counsel had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Based on the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
