This petition is filed to implead the petitioners / proposed 3rd and 4th respondents as respondents 3 and 4 in the above Writ Petition.

2.Since the legal heirs of the 2nd respondent are impleaded as respondents 3 and 4, the proposed respondents 3 and 4 in this W.M.P are impleaded as respondents 5 and 6 in the above Writ Petition.

3.This petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is required to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the main petition.
