Registrar for the year 2012 and placement of the third and 4th Respondents and the inclusion of the name of the fifth Respondent as such and the consequential proceedings of the first Respondent herein in proceedings No. E1(3)/20280/2011 dated 19.10.2012 insofar as to the limited extent of promotion of the fifth Respondent herein as Asst.

Registrar the proceedings of the second Respondent herein in Memo. Rc.No.E1(3)/20280/2011 dated 11.12.2012, Rc.No.E1(3)/20280/2011 dated 28.01.2013 and No.E1(3)/20280/2011 dated 15.03.2013 as such and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to include the name of the petitioner in Serial No.3 in the regular panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Registrar for the year 2012 in the proceedings of the first respondent in University Order No.44/2012/E1(3)/20280/2011 dated 19.10.2012 and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
