ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.158 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 2 kgs. of Ganja. Thereby, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner and other accused persons.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 2 kgs. of Ganja and there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstance of this case and the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
