Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this transfer petition in view of the disposal of the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.1286 of 2016 by the Family Court, Chennai on 04.07.2016.

2. In view of the subsequent events, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case of necessity in future. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
