2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15538 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders dated 21.05. 2025 is relaxed.
