ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), r/w Section 420 of IPC and Section 7 of PC Act, 1988, in RC.0322021-A0012, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that these petitioners were running business in the name and style of A.K.Spinning and Weaving Mills and the 1st petitioner is the Managing partner. As such, they mortgaged a property and his partner's property is used as collateral security and loan obtained by them in the names of 21 non-existing firms. The loan amount is 9 Crores, whereas, the property given as collateral was below the loan amount. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation is at initial stage and Custodial interrogation will solve this issue, he may likely to commit similar kind of offence and he may abscond and commit offence in future. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
