It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that two complaints lodged by S.Akshaya are pending for enquiry and the presence of the petitioners is required to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.

2.The petitioners' counsel represents that the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the respondent police for enquiry and also appear before the respondent police with reference to the same.

3.Taking into consideration the abovesaid factors, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 07.01.2021 for the purpose of enquiry in the abovesaid complaints and the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
