A.No.5682 of 2019 Application No.5682 of 2019 in C.S.No.542 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff for taking substituted service of notice on the seventh respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of a Tamil and English daily in Chennai area.

2. On perusing the affidavit filed in support of this Application, this Court is convinced with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on the seventh respondent, by way of effecting Paper Publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily, "Makkal Kural" and one issue of the English Daily, "The Hindu" on or before 26.08.2019, indicating the date of hearing as 28.08.2019. He is further directed to affix the Court Notice in the Court Notice Board indicating the hearing date and also affix a similar Notice in the address of the seventh respondent.

4. Post the matter on 28.08.2019.
