This petition has been filed seeking to amend the O.S.Number mentioned in the judgment passed by this Court dated 23.05.2006. 1/3

2. As per the prayer, the petitioner wants to amend the O.S.No. 225 of 1987 instead of O.S.No.225 of 1987, the very same number.

3. I have seen the original judgment and decree passed in this appeal. In both the judgment and decree, the O.S. Number is correctly mentioned as O.S.No.225 of 1987 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

4. Therefore, the present petition is unnecessary and hence, the same is dismissed.
