The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been taken out, seeking to order substituted service on the respondents 2 and 6, who remain unserved in the revision petition.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied that diligent steps have been taken to serve the respondents 3 and 6 and the service appears to be waste.

3.Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve notice by way of substituted service on the respondents 3 and 6, by causing paper publication in any one issue of Tamil daily having wide circulation in the city of Chennai, for the hearing on 04.08.2025. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 28.07.2025.

4.Post the matter on 04.08.2025.
