Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in Paragraph Nos.5 & 6 of the order dated 02.02.2023 in CRP No.2540 of 2019.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph Nos.5 & 6 of the order dated 02.02.2023 in CRP No.2540 of 2019, shall read as follows : "5. That apart, on perusal of the plaint, there are bundle of facts and issues involved and it has to be gone into a fulfledged trial. Therefore, the plaint cannot be rejected on the ground that there exists on Arbitration Clause as per the lease agreement dated 22.01.2011.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
