This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the the first respondent to refer the reference application/petition filed by the petitioner under Section 64 read with Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and Section 8(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 as amended therein with respect to the lands comprised in Plot Nos.21 and 22, S. Nos.666/1, 666/3, 668/3 part, College Nagar, Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District in an extent of 4,200 Sq.Ft., that is the subject matter of acquisition, to the competent authority constituted under Section 51 of the Central Act 30 of 2013.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner is not Page 2/4

agreeable for negotiation, the award amount will be deposited before the concerned court and a reference will be made. In such view of the matter, let the authorities refer the matter to civil court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
