PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Kangeyam Police Station, Tirupur on 1st working day every month at 10.30 a.m., order by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5953 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5935 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5935 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020 regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5935 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
