This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 09.06.2023 made in S.T.C.No.84 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi.

2. Heard Mr.K.V.Muthu Visakan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused did not adduce any oral and documentary evidence to show that he had repaid the entire amount of Rs.19 lakhs, the trial Court acquitted the accused.
