ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.6.2016, seeking retirement and to settle the terminal dues with belated payment interest on the basis of the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2655/08 A1 dated 9.4.2010.
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. According to the Petitioner, even though the enquiry officer by his report dated 9.4.2010, found the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petitioner not guilty of the alleged offence on the ground that the charges have not been proved, but till date no final order has been passed in the disciplinary proceedings in spite of his various representations including the last representation dated 15.6.2016 and in view of the same, he only seeks for a direction to the concerned authority dispose of the disciplinary proceedings within a time frame.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents also would contend that the disciplinary proceedings will be completed within a time frame to be fixed by this court.
5. Therefore, the concerned authority is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary, the claim of the Petitioner for disbursement of retirement benefits shall also be considered within a period of three months thereafter.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
