This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) in the order dated 21.05.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.15509 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
