ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 504, 506(2) of IPC & section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No. 513 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the accused person has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.
