A .No .3814 of 2023 in OP.DR.No.70171 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA, J.

This application has been filed to accept the English Translation of the Original Registered Will vide Doc.No.133 of 1999 dated 15.09.1999 and direct the Registry to number the Original Petition.

2.M.Arumugam, the testator had died on 06.05.1987.

3.However, the Registry may proceed to translate the Will and place it before final orders are passed in the Original Petition.

4.With that condition, the present application stands allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the OP.(DR) No.70171 of 2023, it it is otherwise in order.
