This matter is listed for being mentioned in order dated 30.08.2022. There is a direction to R8 to consider the request of the petitioner in terms of e-mails, commencing from 06.01.2022 and pass orders within a period of three weeks from 30.08.2022.

2.It appears that R8 is not appropriate authority to consider the request of the petitioner and Mr.K.Mohanamurali, Senior Panel Counsel who appears for R5 confirms that it is R5 who would assume the role. 3.Thus, paragraph No.4 stands substituted by the paragraph below: "4.The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before R5 since R5 is stated to be the appropriate authority to consider the request of the petitioner in terms of e-mails commencing from 06.01.2022 onwards. A direction is issued to R5 to hear the petitioner and pass orders on the representation, if filed, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation."

4.Barring the substitution of paragraph No.4 as above, order dated 30.08.2022 stands undisturbed.
