This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to condone the delay of 34 days in presenting the petition for restoration of the above Crl.R.C.No.1447 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection for condonation of delay.

3.In view of the above, the delay of 34 days in presenting the petition for restoration of the above Revision is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.
