Mr. B. Wilson Topoz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to give fresh representation to the Director of School Examination, Chennai.

petitioner to write the examination in the proceeding order.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh representation to the Director of School Examination, Chennai and in the event of the petitioner giving fresh representation, the Director of School Examination shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
