5) Bhuvaneshwari and 6) Minor Saravanan Represented by his mother/next friend Bhuvaneshwari as legal heirs of S.Hamsammal (died) in W.P.No.1731 of 2017.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
