O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.478/2017 pending on the file of the respondent within a reasonable period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.478 of 2017 on 24.11.2017 under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered as early as on 24.11.2017, this Court directs the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the investigation in Crime No.478 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment, either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
