Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the first respondent in his proceedings the impugned order dated 20.08.2010 Na.Ka.12277/2010 O.Na.3 upheld the 2nd respondent order of to stop petitioner's next increment with cumulative effect for one year in Na.Ka.6216/07 dated 27.8.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant all consequential service benefits. 2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
