ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter S.Sabeena, age 23 years, D/o.Saravanan, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sabeena, aged about 23 years has eloped with the third respondent and that the police have not taken any action on the complaint given by him.

3.Today, Mr.P.Selvam, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Hosur Town Police Station, Krishnagiri is present.

4.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the police have registered a regular case in Crime No.2 of 2021 for woman missing and the investigation is in progress. 5.Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition stands closed with a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hosur to monitor the investigation in Hosur Town Police Station Crime No.2 of 2021 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any. As and when the girl is secured, she shall be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate under intimation to the petitioner.
