ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to grant leave to file an appeal to this Court against the acquittal judgment passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge at Ariyalur in Special S.C.No.2 of 2016.
2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there are enough materials on records and the Trial Court ignored the same while entering into a finding of acquittal, I am of the view that the leave can be granted.
3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.39054 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order.
