Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.

RAJESWARI, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the conditional order, directing to deposit a sum of Rs.3,04,000/-, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and for remaining the balance amount of a sum of Rs.1,04,000/-, he prays time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for the time to pay Rs.40,000/- towards tuition fees of the children as requested by the respondent and he is directed to pay the said amount of Rs.40,000/- within one week from today and for the balance amount, the petitioner is directed to pay the same within three weeks from the date of payment of Rs.40,000/-
