3.Today, Mr.R.Rajesh, Gr.I PC 32259, V-7 Nolambur Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.1271 of 2012 has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.437 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
