ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 and direct to measure his land and fix the boundary of land comprised in S.No.106/7, 107 part, admeasuring to an extent of 2800 sq.ft., situated at Plot No.12, V.G.P.Rajesh Nagar, Sholinganallur Village, Chennai District.

2. Heard, Mr.G.Saravanabhavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted an application to measure his land and fix the boundary of land comprised in S.No.106/7, 107 part, admeasuring to an extent of 2800 sq.ft., situated at Plot No.12, V.G.P.Rajesh Nagar, Sholinganallur Village, Chennai District before the third respondent.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to pay requisite fee to the third respondent within a period of one week. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall direct the fourth respondent to survey and fix the boundary of the subject land as per the sale deed dated 18.02.2002 registered vide document No.753 of 2002 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Chennai South Joint - I, after issuance of notice to the fifth respondent and other counter parties, if any, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
