O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter, in and by which, it was decided to withdraw the proceedings pending before the respective Courts and to file a joint petition for divorce. Accordingly, the parties have filed OP No.4206 of 2016 before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the subsequent events and the initiation of joint petition for divorce, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
