ORDER
The petitioner prays for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first Respondent relating to Pro.Roc.No.2860/2008/A1 dated 30.06.2008, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the first Respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as Village Administrative Officer, Valasaiyur Village with all consequential benefits.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned Government Pleader produced a proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 2860 of 2008(A1), dated 06.11.2008 wherein, it is stated that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner was reinstated into service and he was posted as Village Administrative Officer. An enquiry was conducted as per Rule 17(a) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services ( Discipline & Appeal) Rules and in the said enquiry report the charges were held as not proved and the suspension period from 01.07.2008 to 06.11.2008 was regularised as per the said proceedings.
3. The petitioner also retired from services on 31.01.2010 and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
4.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
