This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.93748 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent present in Court has no objection.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 33 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a week.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
