This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners to settle the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on the petitioner's complaint, after completion of enquiry, the Investigating Agency found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and closed the complaint and also directed the parties to approach the civil court. Hence, there is no question of harassment is made out.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed.
